Cloud Administrator should be able to work independently on AWS or Azure cloud platform. This position requires Five (3+) year of experience; out of which up to 1 years on data center operations and minimum 2 year on cloud services. Candidate should have intermediate knowledge of Linux / Windows technology, scripting, web server, database, and DevOps tools. Candidate should have hands on experience in diagnosing & troubleshooting cloud andplatform level issues. Cloud Administrator should able to configure, monitor and manage cloud infrastructure based on AWS cloud best practice. Candidate should have hands on experience of migrating on-Premises workloads to Public cloud. Candidate should have proven capability to proactive address issues.

• Design, implement and manage cloud Infrastructure including but not limited to identity and Security, Monitoring, Data Storage, Business Continuity 
• Define optimal design patterns and solutions for high availability and disaster recovery for applications  
• Develop solutions architecture and evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services

• 5+ years of architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications (i.e. having an architectural sense for ensuring availability, reliability, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in “migrating” on premise workloads to the cloud.
• Oversight experience on major transformation projects and successful transitions to implementation support teams.
• Solid understanding of modern authentication protocols and a background in cyber security
• Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging

We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to design, build, and iterate AI-powered conversational workflows. This role focuses on prompt engineering, GPT-driven conversation flows, and rapid proof-of-concept (PoC) development using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an experimental environment, can quickly translate business questions into functional copilots, and has practical experience creating workflows, prompts, and integrations using low-code tools.

• Design, build, test, and deploy conversational AI workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Create end-to-end Copilot experiences for business use cases
• Configure topics, trigger phrases, conversation flows, and fallback handling

• Design and refine system prompts, instructions, and conversation logic to improve GPT response accuracy
• Tune prompts based on different types of user inquiries and feedback
• Implement Generative Answers and context-aware responses within Copilot Studio

• Rapidly build and modify PoCs to validate business ideas and demonstrate Copilot capabilities
